COVID-19 | eThekwini tightens lockdown regulations
The KwaZulu-Natal government intends screening everyone living in the eThekwini Metro.
It's doing this to try and reduce the high number of COVID-19 infections in the Durban area.
Of the province's total six hundred and four infections, more than three hundred and eighty cases are in the Durban area.
The eThekwini Metro also has the most number of deaths. Premier Sihle ZIkalala says from today, there'll be increased vigilance of lockdown regulations.
