Hector decides to move on with his life and leave Taylor alone because he knows she will never love a blind man. Bridget announces she is going to Africa to work with aids patients. Stephanie and Eric suspect she is doing this to get away from the situation with Brooke and Nick. Later, Brooke and Stephanie discuss how Bridget still loves Nick, and how Brooke still has feelings for Ridge. Nick feels guilty for cheating on Brooke. Shane shockingly ends up in the hospital.
